In part two of this tutorial, I’ll show you how to crochet the solid granny square (make 12 of these for your blanket). I'll also show you how I arranged my squares to form the blanket. And lastly, I show you how to crochet the border. To make your crochet squares you will be working in the round. You can start your work by either: 1. Making a magic circle or 2. Chain 4, then slip stitch to the first chain to form a circle. IMPORTANT: If you choose method 1, make sure that you securely weave in the yarn tail to ensure that the middle of your square does not unravel. To join my squares, I used the flat slip stitch seam.
